Rotary Business:
 
Membership Dues are due end of June: Reminder Club members voted in favor of raising the annual dues for Fiscal/Rotary year 2022-2023 to $300 for an individual, $350 for family and $450 for corporate membership.  Bills will go out Jun 1, 2022 and dues will be Due June 30, 2022.  If you want to split the dues into two payments the second payment will be due by December 31,2022.

Ellsworth Rotary Blueberry Pancake Breakfast: Saturday, August 6th under the Tent at the Ellsworth YMCA parking lot. All Rotarians are needed to help! Please save the date and bring your family and friends to volunteer as well. Lincoln will be sending an email of what each member can sign up for on the day of the event. Dave will be passing out a sign-up sheet for those who can bring propane tanks for the grills. We will need 12. We are working on getting donations and items for the breakfast. Cost of tickets are $9.00 for Adults and Under 10 years is $5.00.
 
Help with Door Prizes: We are getting low on door prizes for the weekly meetings. Please bring in a few items.
 
Upcoming Service Projects:
 
Ellsworth Uptown Market: July 9th and 10th - Our club will have a table to sell crafts, antiques and yard sale items. Please donate and help! This event is held at the TJ Maxx Parking Lot in Ellsworth.  Items we don’t sell we will donate to Goodwill.
 
Make-Ups and Community Service Hours: Please let Jodie Cushing and Marian Wells know if you do any community service or makeups throughout the week.
 
Blood Drive: The Blood Drive is the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. Max Dietshe thanks everyone for their continued help. Please sign up!

New Ideas and Changes for the Club:
 
New Committee: Fellowship Committee
Purpose: To help facilitate Fellowship activities among the members.
  • Send out Birthday Cards and Get Wells Cards
  • To help recognize our members both inside and out of Rotary
  • To create “Fellowship Moments” throughout our meetings and functions
  • To help keep the FUN in Rotary

Clyde shared the District Governor’s Citation for this year. Ways to get bronze, silver or gold.
 
Weekly Club Meetings:
Two guest speakers per month only
1 Fellowship activity per month
1 Business Presentation per month
 
Would like to see an increase of 25% of members to attend weekly meetings and functions within the club. We would like to see everyone again! 
 
Fundraising: Need to create and successfully hold fundraising events this year. If any members have ideas please let Clyde know! 
 
Would like to see a increase in youth engagement from our club at the local schools: EHS, EEMS, HCTC. Strengthen the EHS Interact Club and start a new interact Club at Sumner High School. 
 
Final Goal: HAVE FUN!!!
