Debbie Ehrlenbach called the meeting to order.
 
Debbie thanked Jo Cooper for serving as Sergeant at Arms and Michael Houlsen for providing audio visual technical assistance.
 
Stacie Brown shared several planned community service activities for the spring to include the Sheriff’s Cup March 6th, 7th & 8th.  Jean Wood at the YMCA will provide a list of opportunities to help.  See Stacie or Peter for more information.  Also planned is a clean-up day at Birdsacre and DeMeyer Field, the bike rodeo, and cooking breakfast for students and staff at HCTC.  For the month of March, we will be collecting Playdough for AMHC.  Please bring playdough to the club meeting and Stacie will get it to Julia Miller at AMHC. 
 
Gene Pellerano shared the next HCTC night will be March 31st at HCTC. 
 
Marc Rich invited all members to his home at 22 Pleasant St in Ellsworth for a chili cookoff next Tuesday, March 3rd 5:30pm, bring your chili or something to share.  Drinks and cornbread will be supplied. 
 
Club members have been invited by Salt Air Properties to their open house on March 10th 4-7pm at their new location on 225 High Street Suite 3 Ellsworth.
 
The club received a thank you letter from Next Step Domestic Violence Project for our recent donations.
 
A benefit of being a Chamber member is a discount card with discounts to various businesses.  Discount cards were circulated.  If you would like a card, see Peter Farragher.
 
The 50/50 drawing of $7 was donated back to the happy dollars cause for this quarter Waterville Rotary Club President whose home was destroyed in a gas explosion and who is in a Boston hospital recovering.
 
Door prizes were won by Marian Wells and Stacie Brown.
 
Laura Pellerano, past president, was our speaker.  She shared beautiful pictures of wildlife and landscape, along with information about her recent trip to New Mexico. 
 
Next week March 3rd our meeting is at Marc Rich’s home on 22 Pleasant St Ellsworth 5:30pm
