On Tuesday, April 20th at 6 PM, our club had a virtual meeting over the telephone and internet via Zoom.  President Laura Pellerano started the meeting.

  1. COVID Vaccine Volunteering: Jodie Cushing has the information for COVID vaccine volunteering. The link below takes you to the Northern Light home page for volunteering. If you would like to help once the hospital gets the mass vaccines rolled out please click the link below and sign up with Northern Light.
  1. Membership Update: A membership survey was emailed out to all club members. Please take a moment and fill out online.
     
  2. Service Projects –Jodie Cushing reported we have a total of 1,140 volunteer hours.  Card Brook Clean-up April 24th 9:30am to Noon. Please let Jodie know if you would like to help.
 
Kids Peace Charity Golf Outing – June 26th - We have been asked to lend our community service hands helping Kids Peace with their Charity Golf Outing. Stay tuned for the details as they come!
 
Bike Rodeo: This will be happening this year! More info to come soon!
 
  1. Blood Drive: Max Dietshe thanked everyone for their help during the month of April. He will send out an email to sign up for the Blood Drives during the month of May. Please help if you can.
     
  2. Walk for 4th Quarter Happy Dollars: May 1st at 10am at EHS. $10 donation. Please wear a mask.
     
  3. Pizza Night via Zoom: Order your favorite pizza on May 11th. Two gift cards will be given out on May 4th to go buy your pizza!
     
  4. Fundraising Survey results: Clyde Cushing shared the results of the fundraising results.  A total of 24 club members filled out the survey. For those who weren’t present at the meeting can ask Clyde to share the results with them via email.
     
  5. Treasurer’s Report: Debbie Ehrlenbach shared we are doing well this year despite the pandemic. A total of $1,269 was collected for the THAW fund (3rd quarter happy dollars).  Polio donations were strong with $358 sent in March.
     
  6. Foundation Update: Lincoln reported our goal was to raise $6,000. As of this week we have raised $9,335!
     
  7. Club Service Update: Tracy Shaffer reported we have had a great year of guest speakers. Thank you to the committee for all their hard work. We are currently looking for speakers for July. Reminder to use the Clubrunner Mobile app to get easy access to club information!
     
  8. President Elect Report: Gene Pellerano is looking forward to the upcoming year. He and Clyde have attended PETS (President-Elect Training) He gave an update on the District. The district is seeing a decrease in membership. Our club donated $500 towards the District Project for Doug Curtis. Gene welcomes any ideas for the upcoming year. He hopes to have in person meetings!
     
  9. Secretary Report: Clyde encourages 100% attendance moving forward. If you miss a meeting, you can get a makeup and it will count anytime during the current year. Marian Wells will be the new Club Secretary for the new year starting July 1st.
     
  10. Vocational Report: Debbie Ehrlenbach thanks the committee for their hard work this year. It has been a successful year!
